CANCELLATION POLICY

At T-Minus Collectibles, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@TMinusCollectibles.com.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.

Requesting a Cancellation

Cancellation requests will be considered until an order has entered processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation.

Because orders are often processed quickly, submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that your order can be canceled before fulfillment begins.

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed in accordance with this policy.

Cancellation Fee

Approved order cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

This fee helps offset non-refundable payment processing fees that are charged to T-Minus Collectibles when an order is placed.

The applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund before it is issued.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout whenever possible.

Please allow 5–7 business days after the refund has been issued for your financial institution to process and post the transaction.

Orders That Have Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Any issues after shipment will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Pre-Orders & Special Products

Certain products may have additional cancellation restrictions, including but not limited to:

• Pre-order products

• Limited-release products

• Special-order products

• Custom-made or personalized products

Fraud Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business, T-Minus Collectibles reserves the right to deny cancellation requests that are determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements.

Any updates become effective immediately upon posting on this page. The "Last Updated" date above indicates when this policy was most recently revised.
