PRE-ORDER POLICY

From time to time, T-Minus Collectibles may offer select products for pre-order. Please review this policy carefully before placing a pre-order.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it is officially released or before inventory has been received by T-Minus Collectibles.
Pre-ordering reserves inventory for you, but it does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change.
Payment Processing
Payment for all pre-orders is collected at the time your order is placed.
Your payment reserves your requested inventory and secures your place in our fulfillment queue.
Release Dates & Shipping
Release dates are determined by manufacturers and distributors and may change.
T-Minus Collectibles is not responsible for delays resulting from:

Manufacturer release schedule changes

Distributor delays

Shipping carrier delays

Customs processing

Weather events
-
Supply chain disruptions

Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Pre-orders will ship as soon as reasonably possible after inventory has been received and processed.
Combined Orders
If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, your entire order may be held until all products are available to ship.
To receive in-stock products sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock merchandise.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be split into multiple shipments.
Product Allocations
Manufacturers and distributors may reduce product allocations or available inventory without prior notice.
If T-Minus Collectibles receives fewer units than anticipated, pre-orders will generally be fulfilled in the order they were received.
If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your pre-order due to allocation reductions, manufacturer cancellations, or inventory shortages, you will receive a full refund for any unfulfilled item(s).
Product Changes
Manufacturers may update product packaging, artwork, promotional images, contents, specifications, or release dates prior to release.
Product images displayed during the pre-order period are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the final product received.
Pricing
Once your pre-order has been successfully placed and payment has been accepted, your purchase price for that item is locked in.
Price increases or decreases after your order is placed will not affect your completed pre-order.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting Support@TMinusCollectibles.com.
Approved cancellations are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy, including any applicable cancellation fee.
Once a pre-order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modifications
After a pre-order has been placed, orders cannot be partially canceled, partially fulfilled, or modified.
If cancellation is approved before shipment, the entire order must be canceled.

We may update this Pre-Order Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements.
Any updates become effective immediately upon posting on this page. The "Last Updated" date above indicates when this policy was most recently revised.
