PRE-ORDER POLICY

Please read the following information carefully before placing a pre-order with T-Minus Collectibles:

1. Combined Shipping: When you place a pre-order (or back-order) item through T-Minus Collectibles, all other items in your cart will be shipped together with the pre-order item. This means that if a pre-order or back-order item is unavailable to ship for (1) one month after your initial purchase date, you'll need to wait (1) one month for all other 'non pre-order/back-order' items in the cart to ship as well. Orders can not be split after the order has been placed, unless order is cancelled. Orders can be canceled before shipment, but they are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

2. Separate Orders for Immediate Shipping: If you wish to have non-pre-order items shipped immediately, please add them to a separate cart and check out with a separate order. This will ensure that these items are shipped without delay.

3. Partial Fulfillment/Cancellation: Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially canceled. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be modified to remove specific items. If you need to cancel a pre-order, the entire order will need to be canceled, subject to our cancellation policy.

4. Payment Processing: Pre-order and back-order purchases will be charged to your card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Please ensure that you review your cart carefully before completing the transaction.

5. Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled before shipment, but they are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fee charged to us when the initial transaction is made. The 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

6. Cancellation Process: To request a cancellation for a pre-order or back-order item, please contact our customer support team at Support@TMinusCollectibles.com. Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in your email. Cancellations must be place prior to the order being shipped.
